Chalmers Security Installations supplied and installed a Prowler Proof external screen to a spare bedroom sash-style window that had not been able to be opened due to its 3rd level location with nothing underneath. CSI also supplied and installed a Prowler Proof hinged screen to the twin window in that room that does have an accessible roof. The complication for the most recent screen was needing to align with a major building repaint when scaffolding would be available. Stephen and Jennifer were extremely accommodating and patient and had the screen ready and able to get Chris (installer) to fit within a small  time gap. I should add this was a minor piece of work from their perspective and they were responsive and flexible to get the job done. My recent experience having a kitchen window screen replaced with Prowler Proof by Chalmers Security Installations can not be faulted.
The price was great, they were efficient courteous, responsive and kept me informed at every stage of the process, with a fast turn around (just over 1 week from placing the order to installation).
Installation was quick and seamless, respect and care was taken of my home.  They arrived on time and the window looks amazing.  A BIG thank you to the Owner, admin team and installers.
